Abstract

The electric field-intensified tube type falling-film evaporation device is mainly composed of a high-voltage power supply, an electrode plate, an electrode wire, an insulating device, a liquid distributor, a stainless steel tube, a shell and a gas-liquid separator. According to the method, liquid enters the stainless steel tube to form a falling film through the liquid distributor, and is evaporated after absorbing heat which is released by steam condensation on the side of the shell; the evaporation process can be further intensified by a high-voltage electric field formed by the electrode wire in the tube; the evaporated liquid enters the gas-liquid separator to be subjected to gas-liquid separation; and secondary steam and concentrated liquid can be further utilized. The high-voltage electric field is formed by electrodes in a falling-film evaporator by utilizing the effect of high-voltage electric field-intensified evaporation, so that the heat transfer coefficient of the evaporator can be improved; the heat exchange area of the evaporator is reduced; tube materials are saved; and energy consumption is reduced.
