Abstract

Provided is a method for configuring tags used for the composition of multimedia elements in a multimedia communication system, the method comprising: configuring region description information corresponding to each of a plurality of regions included in a scene, configuring the same as in the Multimedia description information corresponding to at least one piece of multimedia contained in each of the plurality of regions, configuring scene composition information describing the spatial composition and time composition of each region in the plurality of regions, and configuring the scene composition information including the scene composition information, the region description information and the tags of the multimedia description information.
