Abstract

The invention relates to a water heating device for a vehicle. The device comprises an outer tank, and a heating integral cavity arranged in the outer tank, wherein at least two water ports are formed in the heating integral cavity; a heating body is arranged in the heating integral cavity; more than two mounting grooves are formed in the heating body; heating elements are mounted in the mounting grooves; the two ends of the heating elements are respectively connected with guide strips; and the guide strips at the two ends of the heating elements extend outside the heating body, and are connected with a control panel through leads. A manufacturing process of the water heating device for the vehicle comprises the steps of: (1) production of the heating body; (2) injection molding of the heating integral cavity; (3) mounting of the heating integral cavity in the outer tank; (4) covering of a rubber layer of the heating integral cavity; (5) mounting of a water runner; (6) mounting of a circuit control board; (7) mounting of a temperature sensing device; and (8) connection of the leads. The water heating device for the vehicle and the manufacturing process thereof have the beneficial effects of reduction of manufacturing cost, simplification of process, improvement of heating performance, enhancement of controllability and prevention of circuit ageing by used insulating material.
