Abstract

The liquid preparation is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 5-30 parts of horse oil, 0.5-10 parts of a non-ionic surfactant, 3-20 parts of phospholipid and 35-91.5 parts of a dispersion medium. The lower fatty acid in the horse oil is solidified by the package action of a phospholipid microcapsule, so that the fishy smell is lowered. More important, the affinity of the horse oil and water is improved by a nano technology; the oily feel is effectively lowered so that the application of the horse oil in cosmetics is enhanced. According to the liquid preparation provided by the invention, the fishy smell of the horse oil and the rancid taste generated by long-term placement are effectively covered under the combination action of the phospholipid and the non-ionic surfactant; and the liquid preparation can be stored for over six months at 37 DEG C.
