Abstract

The invention relates to the field of seed science, especially to a seed germination soil-jacking force detection technology. The technology provided by the invention comprises processes of seed germination work, soil-jacking force detector arrangement work, software control measurement work, postprocessing and the like. By the use of a germination box, a seed placement plate and a flat substrate, seeds undergo standard germination to generate soil-jacking force; a soil-jacking force detector is connected to a computer, and a force plate of the soil-jacking force detector is scientifically arranged on the germination box and senses soil-jacking force information by means of a pressure sensor; through the computer, a data acquisition software is started to realize soil-jacking force detection control so as to obtain soil-jacking force detection data; and after storage and analysis of the detection data, the software is exited, the soil-jacking force detector is turned off, and postprocessing such as uninstalling of the force plate and the like is finished to complete the detection task. Based on characteristics of seed germination for generation of soil-jacking force, a mechanical sensing technology is adopted to raise detection efficiency and guarantee data accuracy, and seed vigor is effectively evaluated through soil-jacking force detection results. The technology provided by the invention can be widely applied in seed vigor detection.
