The method comprises the steps of acquiring a link connection topological graph of an OFSW (open flow switch) in the SDN from the OFC; determining flow table articles and group table articles of the OFSW to handle the messages in a multicasting group according to the link connection topological graph and the incidence relation to a terminal user and the multicasting group; distributing the determined flow table articles and group table articles to the OFSW; performing multicasting duplicating the multicasting group messages through the OFSW according to the flow table articles and group table articles. With the adoption of the method, the problems of bandwidth waste and small resource utilization caused by duplicating the multicasting messages for each user in the BNG in related technology can be solved; the multicasting duplicating is minimized; the bandwidth resource is saved; the jam is avoided.
