The preparation method provided by the invention adopts contemporary latest plastic modification theories which are plastic multi-element composite modification, elastomer toughening, and inorganic filler toughening and reinforcing technologies. Regenerated homopolymerized PP is adopted as a main material, and is toughened and reinforced with the toughening agent, the reinforcing agent and the modification agent. As a result, POM, PVC, PET or PETG has a good toughening effect; glass fiber, organic fiber or asbestos has a good reinforcement effect; and wollastonite or precipitated barium sulfate has a good modification effect.
