The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing the cobalt-porphyrin-based metal organic gel; (2) preparing cobalt-porphyrin-based metal organic aerogel: 1) pretreating the cobalt-porphyrin-based metal organic gel; and 2) preparing the cobalt-porphyrin-based metal organic aerogel by supercritical CO2.
