The illuminant structure comprises: a lamp cap screw (201) capable of being screw-connected into the lamp socket (101) so as to be energized, an insulating hollow column (202) connected to the lamp cap screw (201), a driving device (203), a heatsink (204), a ceramic isolation structure (205) arranged on the heatsink (204) and made of a ceramic material, and an LED light source structure mounted and fixed on an upper end surface of the ceramic isolation structure (205). The ceramic isolation structure (205) is arranged between the heatsink (204) and the LED light source structure, so as to provide heat conduction and dissipation, and insulation.
