The intelligent digital control circuit comprises a full-wave voltage-doubling rectification input circuit, a high-frequency oscillation circuit, an MCU, an electric signal sampling circuit, a magnetic core column, a ripple suppression circuit and a full-wave voltage-doubling rectification output circuit. The full-wave voltage-doubling rectification input circuit is electrically connected with the high-frequency oscillation circuit. The signal output end of the MCU is electrically connected with the control end of the switching circuit of the high-frequency oscillation circuit. The electric signal sampling circuit is electrically connected with the MCU. The electric signal sampling circuit provides electric energy and sampling signals to the MCU. The MCU controls switching frequency of the switching circuit according to the sampling circuit.
