Abstract

The irradiation surveillance sample positioning, clamping and cutting method comprises the steps that a hand wheel on a horizontal moving arm is rotated after positioning is completed, and a whole cutting assembly is driven through a lead screw mechanism to move forwards and backwards till a front-back positioning sensor gives an alarm; a hand wheel on a vertical box of a cross rotating and moving mechanism is rotated, and a whole middle moving body is driven through the lead screw mechanism to move downwards, so that the cutting assembly on the horizontal moving arm is driven to move downwards till an up-down positioning sensor gives an alarm; after up-down positioning is completed, a cutting assembly hand wheel is rotated, a plug pin is inserted into a irradiation surveillance sample positioning hole till a plug pin positioning sensor gives an alarm; and after plug pin positioning is completed, the cutting assembly hand wheel is rotated, a clamping mechanism on the cutting assembly is driven to act, so that an irradiation surveillance sample box is clamped, and a cutting head is started after the irradiation surveillance sample box is clamped.
