Abstract

The method includes following steps: 1) collecting the waste gas toluene-type VOCs into a chemical compressor to pressurize the waste gas; 2) cooling the waste gas in a cooler in the back of the compressor and outputting the cooled gas; 3) feeding the gas into a separator having a cooling chamber, wherein water and organic substances are separated out from the gas flow in the separator having the cooling chamber and are dropped into the bottom of the separator and then discharged out through a drainage valve; and 4) feeding the treated waste gas into an activated carbon fiber adsorption bed to perform adsorption treatment.
