The active material is dried and then mixed with a conductive material and a bonding material so as to prepare the positive electrode material. The material is the octahedral single-crystal compound prepared through one-step hydro-thermal synthesis and is of a novel structure type. According to the invention, testing and analysis of the cyclic voltammetry curve, charge and discharge performance and AC impedance of the positive electrode material are carried out; the cyclic voltammetry curve proves the positive electrode material has high initial discharge specific capacity (123.2 mAh / g); and AC impedance testing proves the positive electrode material has good ion conductivity.
