Abstract

The embodiment of the invention discloses a bending test tool for a corrugated pipe. The bending test tool comprises an upper mold, a lower mold, lifting mechanisms and clamping mechanisms capable of clamping the corrugated pipe, wherein the upper mold and the lower mold are symmetrically arranged, and a work station for containing the corrugated pipe is arranged between the upper mold and the lower mold; the lifting mechanisms are fixed on the upper mold and the lower mold; the clamping mechanisms are rotatably arranged at lifting ends of the lifting mechanisms. The corrugated pipe penetrates through the work station between the upper mold and the lower mold and is clamped on the clamping mechanisms; the lifting mechanisms are started, and the corrugated pipe is bent upwards through the supporting of the upper mold when the clamping mechanisms are driven to move upwards by the lifting mechanisms, is bent downwards through the supporting of the lower mold when the clamping mechanisms are driven to move downwards by the lifting mechanisms and is bent back and forth along with the reciprocating movement of the lifting mechanisms. By virtue of the bending test tool for the corrugated pipe, the corrugated pipe is clamped on the clamping mechanisms, power support is provided by the lifting mechanisms, and a bending point is not changed basically, so that the detection precision of the corrugated pipe can be improved.
