Abstract

The invention provides a supercharging waste heat recycling system for an internal combustion engine. The supercharging waste heat recycling system comprises k turbochargers, k heat exchangers, an organic working medium pump, an expansion machine, an electric generator and a condenser. The ith turbocharger is provided with the ith expansion end and the ith compression end, power of exhaust gas exhausted by an exhaust valve of a corresponding cylinder of the internal combustion engine is used by the ith expansion end for compressing supplied air input in the ith compression end and compressed air is output; the ith heat exchanger is communicated with the ith compression end of the ith turbocharger; the organic working medium pump is communicated with an outer organic working medium storage tank and the k heat exchangers are arranged on the downstream of the organic working medium pump and controlled to be communicated with the organic working medium pump; the expansion machine is arranged on the downstream of all the k heat exchangers and controlled to be communicated with the k heat exchangers; the electric generator is controlled to be communicated with an outer power supply or energy storage device and controlled to be communicated with the expansion machine; and the condenser is arranged on the downstream of the expansion machine and controlled to be communicated with the outer organic working medium storage tank. By the adoption of the supercharging waste heat recycling system, the total energy use efficiency of the internal combustion engine can be improved.

Description

[0001] This application is a divisional application of the original invention patent application (application date is December 30, 2014, application number is 201410841618.0, and the title of the invention is "supercharged waste heat recovery system for internal combustion engine"). technical field [0002] The invention relates to the field of waste heat utilization of internal combustion engines, in particular to a supercharging waste heat recovery system of internal combustion engines. Background technique [0003] In the internal combustion engine turbocharging system, in order to reduce the inlet air temperature of the internal combustion engine, an intercooler is required to cool down, and the air energy taken away by the intercooler has not been effectively recovered. In internal combustion engine mechanical devices that require a high pressure ratio, multi-stage supercharging is often required to achieve the air supercharging effect. The heat taken away by the interc...
