The box body is provided with a water inflow hole and a water outflow hole. Multiple vertical pressure measuring pipes are arranged between the water inflow hole and the water outflow hole at intervals. A vertically-arranged swing board is arranged in the position, close to the side wall where the water inflow hole is located, in the box body. The swing board is connected with a rocker arm drive mechanism. A water balancing box with an opening formed in the upper portion is arranged at the outer portion of the box body and can ascend and descend. The water balancing box is communicated with the box body. The dam is arranged in the box body. The pressure measuring pipes in the box body are buried in the dam. The swing board swings to push water in the box body so as to simulate waves and generate wave permeation force. The permeation influence generated by wave force on the dam is studied through all measured values of the pressure measuring pipes.
