Abstract

The invention discloses a transaction data processing method and system based on a queue and an ATM front-end system. The method comprises the steps that the ATM front-end system receives a transaction message sent by a self-service device, wherein a transaction code is carried in the transaction message; the ATM front-end system determines the processing queue corresponding to the transaction message according to pre-configured queue configuration information and the traction code; the ATM front-end system processes the transaction message according to the processing queue, and a processing result message is obtained; the ATM front-end system sends the processing result to an interacted system of the transaction message according to the processing queue. By means of the transaction data processing method and system based on the queue and the ATM front-end system, fault isolation can be effectively achieved based on service isolation of the queue and the cluster isolation of the interacted system; the influence range of service failures is reduced, the transaction data processing efficiency is improved, and thus better and more reliable services are provided for customers from the aspect of high available fault isolation.
