Abstract

The method for welding the flat type copper wire windings and the commutators of the high-power motor comprises the steps that flat type copper wires at the two ends of each winding are welded into wire insertion grooves in the corresponding commutators through argon arc welding; axial movement of a rotor is limited through a rotor support during welding, and the rotor is allowed to rotate; an argon arc welding gun is fixed through a welding gun holder, so that it is guaranteed that the distances between a tungsten electrode on the argon arc welding gun and welding spots are kept within a permissible range all the time so as to improve the welding quality; and in the welding process, insulation between pieces of the commutators is prevented from being damaged through a high welding temperature in a water flushing cooling way.
