The tractor comprises a rotating shaft, a rotating sleeve A, a rotating sleeve B, a connection shell, a screw drive shaft, a motor joint and a thrust bearing, wherein the rotating sleeve A movably sleeves on the rotating shaft; the rotating sleeve B sleeves on the rotating sleeve A through the rotating shaft; limiting shoulders are respectively arranged on the rotating sleeve A and the rotating sleeve B; and the rotating sleeve A is connected with the rotating sleeve B in a clamping way through the matching of the limiting shoulders. When the tractor works, drilling fluid is taken as power for driving the screw drive shaft to rotate, so that the power is convenient to obtain, and the reliability is greatly improved. The coiled tubing tractor effectively solves the technical problems that the coiled tubing is difficult to enter a well and difficult to be taken out of the well because of relatively large downhole friction resistance and drill pressure is difficult to be applied, so that the coiled tubing can extend to be longer in the well.
