The invention relates to a positioning-function-contained pneumatic probe for measuring a ring gauge. The pneumatic probe comprises a connecting part and a cylindrical part integrated with the connecting part. Air passages are arranged at the connecting part and the cylindrical part; and one end of the air passage at the cylindrical part is enclosed and the other end is communicated with the air passage of the connecting part. A positioning ring and annular slots are arranged along the peripheral direction of the periphery of the cylindrical part; the positioning ring approaches the connecting part; and two annular slots are arranged and stepped holes communicated with the air passage of the cylindrical part are formed in the part, between the two annular slots, of the cylindrical part at a radial direction, wherein the two stepped holes are formed in the cylindrical part symmetrically. According to the invention, the pneumatic probe has the following advantages: with the positioning ring, positioning of the ring gauge sleeving the cylindrical part can be realized, thereby preventing shaking during manual holding; and because of utilization of nanocrystals like metal oxide crystals or metal crystals as the material, the service life is prolonged.
