Problems solved by technology

[0008] However, depending on the liquidity of the water to be treated, the chelating effect may not be sufficiently obtained
For example, when the water to be treated is strongly acidic, the chelating effect cannot be fully obtained

Embodiment 1~4、6~9

[0137] The amine compound and diglycolic anhydride corresponding to each example were mixed in chloroform at 25° C. for 0.5 hour.

[0138] Then, chloroform was distilled off to obtain a product (amide compound). The obtained product is directly used as a chelating agent.

[0139] Through the above operations, the -NH-site or -NH in the amine compound can be obtained respectively 2 The amide compound which replaced the hydrogen atom of a part with the group represented by said chemical formula (2), that is, the chelating agent of Examples 1-4, 6-9.

[0140] In addition, the chelating agents of Examples 1-4, 6, and 7 are compounds represented by the above chemical formulas (1-1) to (1-6) (R in the formulas are all groups represented by the above chemical formula (2)).

Embodiment 8

[0141] The chelating agent of embodiment 8 is -NH-position or -NH in the polyethylenimine that molecular weight is 1800 2 A polymer compound (the number of functional groups R per molecule is 5 to 15) in which the hydrogen atoms at the sites are substituted by groups represented by the above chemical formula (2) (PEI(1800)-R).

Embodiment 9

[0142] The chelating agent of embodiment 9 is -NH-position or -NH in the polyethylenimine that molecular weight is 600 2 A polymer compound (the number of functional groups R per molecule is 2 to 8) in which hydrogen atoms at sites are substituted by groups represented by the above chemical formula (2) (PEI(600)-R).

Abstract

Embodiments of the present invention relate to a chelating agent, and a scale inhibitor, a detergent and a water treatment method. The chelating agent of the embodiment is an amide compound in which a hydrogen atom of an -NH- site or an -NH2- site in an amine compound is substituted with a functional group derived from diglycolic acid. The amine compound is selected from the group consisting of a compound represented by a following general formula (1) and a polyethyleneimine having a molecular weight of 200 to 100,000. In the general formula (1), x, y and z respectively represent a number of repetitions for -CH2-CH2-NH-, x represents an integer of 1 to 10, y represents an integer of 0 to 5, and z represents an integer of 0 to 5.

Description

technical field [0001] Embodiments of the present invention relate to a chelating agent, a scale inhibitor, a cleaning agent, and a water treatment method. [0002] this application claims priority based on Japanese Patent Application No. 2014-179553 for which it applied to Japan on September 3, 2014, and uses the content here. Background technique [0003] Tap water contains minerals such as calcium. [0004] For example, in the piping of equipment that heats water such as boilers, deposits (scale) containing mineral components can be seen, and the above-mentioned scale may cause pipe clogging. The above-mentioned scale mainly contains calcium carbonate precipitated from water. [0005] Detergents sometimes suffer from poor foaming and detergency due to the influence of mineral components. [0006] In response to this, conventionally, chelating agents that coordinate with mineral components to form chelate compounds and separate mineral components from water have been us...
