The base (8) comprises a left convex block part (82), a right convex block part (81) and a concave part located between the left convex block part (82) and the right convex block part (81) and allowing a middle convex block part (93) of the LED display screen part (9) to extend in. The left convex block part (82) and the right convex block part (81) are symmetric in structure and both internally provided with three continuously-arranged bearing devices (31, 32 and 33) with different rotation torques. The middle convex block part (93) is internally provided with a drive connection cavity (20) and used for containing a left threaded rod (21) and a right threaded rod (210) which are opposite in rotation direction, and a gear (2) is fixedly arranged between the threaded rods.
