Abstract

The invention relates to a filer net, and aims to solve the technical problem that a current sideless filter net under a high speed operation environment cannot meet working demands. The invention provides a steel plastic composite sideless filer net, comprising a base layer net and a surface layer filter net. The steel plastic composite sideless filer net is characterized in that the base layer net is a sideless filter net, and is woven by adopting a resin material, the surface layer filter net covers the surface of the base layer filter net and is woven by adopting steel wire fiber, two side edges of the surface layer filter net are bound with the edge of the base layer net, and jointing parts of the two ends of the surface layer filter net are bound with the surface of the base layer net. The making method comprises the following steps of slitting the surface layer filter net, cleaning and coarsening the surface of a stainless steel net, smearing a binder, selecting and applying the base layer net, molding and secondary molding. The filter net has the beneficial effects that the stainless steel fiber net is composited to a sideless polyurethane net, thereby successfully solving the technical problem that a connector is easy to tear when a high mesh steel wire fiber net is made into the sideless net.
