Abstract

The invention discloses a processing method of a support plate on an antenna reflection surface. The method comprises following steps: using programming languages to calculate discrete points on the middle section lines on the reflection surface according to a middle section line function of the reflection surface and corresponding data tables, then using three-dimensional drawing software to fit the discrete points into the reflection surface, using a reflection net thickness method to translate the reflection surface so as to form the curved surface of the inner surface of a reflection net, namely the curved surface formed by the support plate, a support plate reflection surface for short; using a preset plane to intercept the curved surface, wherein the intersection lines are support plate curves; storing the support plate curves as file formats capable of being identified by a numerical control machine tool; inputting the support plate curve files in the numerical control machine tool, and processing the antenna support plate curves.
