The invention relates to the communication field and discloses an operation method and system of dynamic mapping for applications and logic channels.The method comprises following steps: quitting a logic channel matched with an application in operation when a next application needs switching during operation of one application and putting a logic channel not closed to a pre-established logic channel pool used for storing logic channels used by applications in operation and not closed; and distributing the logic channel of the logic channel pool matching the next application to the next application if a logic channel matching next application exists in the logic channel pool. Compared with the prior art, the operation method and system of dynamic mapping for applications and logic channels have following beneficial effects: when one application needs switching to the next one during operation, the logic channel which is in the logic channel pool and not closed is directly distributed to the next application to operate; repetitive operation on visiting UICC is avoided; and terminal consumption is reduced so that switching efficiency of applications is increased.
