The shaft sleeve generator comprises end covers, bearings, a motor case, a magnetic isolating pillowcase, stator cores, permanent magnet steel, output windings, hall elements, rotor windings and a ferromagnetic shaft sleeve, wherein two ends of the ferromagnetic shaft sleeve pass through the bearings of the end covers respectively and then are fixed to the motor case through the end covers; the rotor windings are cylindrical whole windings, are concentrically fixed at the outer side of the ferromagnetic shaft sleeve and are in short circuit connection; the magnetic isolating pillowcase is concentrically fixed at the inner side of the motor case; the stator cores are in an annular sector separate body structure, and are fixed at the inner side of the magnetic isolating pillowcase; clamping grooves exist between separate bodies; partial separate bodies are provided with winding grooves; the permanent magnet steel and the hall elements are fixed into the clamping grooves between the separate bodies of the stator cores; and the output windings are embedded into the winding grooves of the separate bodies of the stator cores.
