Abstract

The invention discloses a radiating method for a high-power device of a logging instrument used for production logging. The radiation method comprises the steps of installing a substrate, a high-power device and a radiator on a framework in the logging instrument; enabling the radiator and the logging instrument shell to be in full contact; absorbing the heat from the high-power device through the heat capacity of the framework and the logging instrument shell; conducting the heat from the high-power device to the underground environment through the radiator, the framework and the logging instrument shell; and taking away the heat from the high-power device through ground floor fluids (such as oil or an oil-water mixture) flowing through the surface of the logging instrument shell so as to lower the working temperature of the high-power device.
