Abstract

According the heat transfer characteristics of heat tubes, namely advantages of high heat transfer efficiency, high heat transfer capacity, heat transfer stability and good isothermy performance, the defects of conventional reactor warming systems can be overcomes effectively by applying the heat tubes to the anaerobic reactor warming system, so that anaerobic bacteria in a reactor can get suitable and stable activity temperature. The efficient stable anaerobic reactor warming system structurally comprises a spiral heat supply channel, a reaction chamber, a three-phase separation chamber and a heat tube heat exchange system. The heat tubes absorb heat of hot water in the spiral heat supply channel, working media in the heat tubes absorb heat to evaporate into steam, the steam releases heat to condense on condensation sections of the heat tube inner walls in the reaction chamber, the liquid working media flow back to the heating section of the spiral heat supply channel along slots in the heat tube inner walls and continue to absorb heat to evaporate, a cycle is complete, and accordingly, the objective of bringing the heat of the spiral heat supply channel to the reaction chamber is achieved.
