Abstract

A producing method of a fuel cell stack includes a transfer robot configured to clamp and to transfer a membrane electrode assembly (MEA) and a gas diffusion layer (GDL) component. A feeding testing unit is configured to check a stacked status of the MEA and the GDL component while the MEA and the GDL component are transferred and stacked by the transfer robot. A control unit is configured to receive a signal of the feeding test unit and to transmit an error signal when it is determined that the MEA and the GDL component are erroneously stacked.

Description

[0001] References to related applications [0002] This application claims priority from Korean Patent Application No. 10-2014-0126189 filed with the Korean Intellectual Property Office on September 22, 2014, the entire contents of which are hereby incorporated by reference. technical field [0003] The present invention relates to a method for testing stacked fuel cell stacks, and an apparatus for producing fuel cell stacks, which improve the quality of fuel cell production. Background technique [0004] In order to provide the proper quality and performance of fuel cells, automatic stacking techniques have been developed. When continuously stacking 1,000 sheets or more of electrochemical materials having high mechanical properties and large tolerances in the process of stacking fuel cell stacks, the stacking is maintained with a flatness difference equal to or less than 1.5 mm, and the stacked materials are maintained The final alignment between . [0005] When the align...
