Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of electric power construction, and particular to a three-phase wire electrified lifter used for a linear section of a 10kV distribution network line. The lifter comprises a lifting pulling plate, a supporting pulling plate and two insulating pulling plates, wherein the head ends of the two insulating pulling plates are crossed mutually while the tail ends of the two insulating pulling plates are separated mutually; the two ends of the supporting pulling plate are connected with the tail ends of the two insulating pulling plates respectively; the lifting pulling plate and the two insulating pulling plates are connected at the crossed place of the two insulating pulling plates; and a suspension wire hook is arranged at each of the lower end of the lifting pulling plate and the tail ends of the two insulating pulling plates separately. The invention also provides a method for replacing an insulator by adopting the lifter. The lifter provided by the invention has the characteristics of compact structure, convenient and rapid detachment, high bearable mechanical pulling force and high safety coefficient; the lifter is adopted to assist the replacement of the 10kV three-phase linear rod needle type insulator, the heightening of a tower or the implementation of an operation for a damaged linear tower; and meanwhile, the lifter is simple and convenient to operate and capable of improving the operational efficiency.
