Abstract

The invention discloses a real-time detection apparatus and method for field particle operation parameters. The apparatus comprises a host computer and a plurality of detection nodes; each detection node comprises a concentration detection module and a master control circuit; the master control circuit calculates the particle operation parameters according to data detected by the concentration detection module and sends calculation results to the host computer; and the concentration detection module comprises a light emitting element, a through hole and a light receiving element, wherein the light emitting element emits an optical shaft capable of covering the through hole, and the light receiving element receives scattered light of particles when the particles pass through the through hole, converts an optical signal into an electric signal and sends a processed electric signal to the master control circuit. Since the concentrations of particles entering the through hole are different, light scattering degrees are different, and thus, obtained electric signals are different; and the master control circuit analyzes the signals to obtain current particle operation parameters. The apparatus can be repeatedly used and is capable of precisely detecting field particle operation parameters in real time.
