Abstract

The invention discloses an automatic and fast preparing system for a continuous-component inorganic block. The automatic and fast preparing system comprises raw material devices, a mixing room, a negative-pressure discharging device, a sample die, a conveying belt and a sample pressing head. The multiple raw material devices are arranged above the mixing room. The negative-pressure discharging device is arranged at the bottom of the mixing room. The sample die is arranged at the bottom of the negative-pressure discharging device and is installed on the conveying belt. By means of the provided automatic and fast preparing system for the continuous-component inorganic block, the work principle is simple, no complex power control system is needed, and work is safe and reliable; the stroke of a piston is controlled to form a feeding mechanism with a continuous and gradually-varied ratio so that the raw material preparing speed can be increased greatly and the reliability of the proportion of raw materials can be improved greatly; all the raw materials can be sufficiently and evenly mixed in an air shed turbulence mixing manner; it is ensured that evenly-mixed samples obtained in the mixing room can be completely discharged through the negative-pressure discharging device, and the production efficiency is improved.
