Abstract

The invention provides a method for producing angular steel grit through waste materials. The method comprises the following operation steps that (1) the waste materials are collected; (2) the waste materials are placed into a quenching furnace, and in the quenching process, when an instrument on the quenching furnace indicates that the temperature is higher than 750 DEG C, nitrogen or carbon dioxide is immediately released into the quenching furnace for 25-40 minutes; (3) the quenching furnace is heated to the temperature of 830-870 DEG C, the temperature is preserved for 1-3 hours, the waste steel materials in the whole furnace are heated sufficiently, and the discharging time is 0.4-0.6 hour; and (4) the quenched waste steel materials are placed on a crushing machine to be crushed, and the angular steel grit is obtained.
