Problems solved by technology

[0003] 1. Rotary cutting of logs needs to cut down a large number of trees, which has caused great damage to the ecological environment;
[0004] 2. The drying and finishing of veneer needs to invest a high cost to build a drying room and the operating cost is high;
[0005] 3. The veneer glue-coating adopts a horizontal and vertical staggered blanking method, and the probability of misalignment and overlapping of the blanks is extremely high, the joints are large, the force is uneven, the strength is not high, the cost is extremely high, and it is extremely easy to delaminate;
[0006] 4. The surface of the formwork is easy to bond to the concrete, the concrete surface is uneven, the effect of clear water cannot be achieved, the number of turnovers is not high, and the corners of the formwork after multiple turnovers are delaminated and uneven, which affects the effect of another turnover
[0007] In order to solve the above problems, the applicant has proposed a composite formwork in which veneer and core board are superimposed and glued together. This kind of formwork can be processed with waste wood, which can save a lot of wood, but there are still the following defects: using multi-layer veneer superimposed and glued together in a vertical direction. Forming, the wood around the board edge absorbs water and easily swells, resulting in delamination; in the process, the veneer is glued through the interlayer, which is prone to partial leakage of glue, resulting in delamination of the veneer of the formed board. The repair cannot be perfected, and the overlap is easy to delaminate; the surface is heat-treated or covered with plastic, so that the surface of the formwork is not bonded when it is combined with the concrete, and it is easy to release the mold
However, this kind of template still has the problem that the quality is greatly affected by the binder and the processing is complicated.
[0009] In addition, all the above-mentioned templates have the following problems: easy delamination, water swelling, uneven thickness, rough surface, and the surface of the formed concrete is rough, which needs to be touched with dust to make it smooth, and the number of repeated use is not many, generally 6- 8 times

Embodiment Construction

[0036] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with accompanying drawing:

[0037] Such as Figure 1-Figure 4 As shown, the fiberglass composite wood template of the present invention includes a wooden core board 1, a glass fiber cloth 2 and a cured resin 3, the wooden core board 1 is an assembled board assembled from a plurality of wooden strips, and the glass fiber cloth 2 is a glass fiber reinforced plastic The base fabric, the cured resin 3 is unsaturated polyester resin, and multiple (three in the figure) wooden core boards 1 with the same length and width are overlapped with each other, and the glass fiber cloth 2 is wrapped around the multiple wooden core boards 1 Outside the edge, the cured resin 3 is wrapped on multiple wooden core boards 1 and glass fiber cloth 2 to form the glass-steel composite wood formwork with uniform thickness.

Abstract

The invention discloses a glass-steel composite wooden formwork. A plurality of wooden core veneers of the same length and the same width overlap with one another; the peripheral edges of the wooden core veneers are wrapped with a plurality of pieces of glass fiber cloth; and the wooden core veneers wrapped with the glass fiber cloth are coated with curing resin to form the glass-steel composite wooden formwork which is even in thickness. The invention further discloses a production process for the glass-steel composite wooden formwork. The production process comprises the following steps that the wooden core veneers are manufactured; the wooden core veneers of the same length and the same width overlap with one another, and the peripheral edges of the wooden core veneers are wrapped with the glass fiber cloth; and the wooden core veneers wrapped with the glass fiber cloth are placed into a mould, the high-temperature liquid resin is poured into the mould, and after cooling and solidification, the glass-steel composite wooden formwork is obtained. The glass-steel composite wooden formwork is not prone to delaminating; the glass-steel composite wooden formwork is smooth in surface, even in thickness, high-temperature resistant, waterproof, and acid-base resistant; and macromolecules on the surface of the formwork do not allow water seepage or adherence to concrete, the strength is super high, and the number of times of cyclic use can reach over 30 easily.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a composite wood formwork and a production process, in particular to a glass-steel composite wood formwork comprising wood boards, glass fiber cloth and cured resin and a production process. Background technique [0002] Traditional building formwork is mostly a kind of plywood, which has the following defects: [0003] 1. Rotary cutting of logs needs to cut down a large number of trees, which has caused great damage to the ecological environment; [0004] 2. The drying and finishing of veneer needs to invest a high cost to build a drying room and the operating cost is high; [0005] 3. The veneer glue-coating adopts a horizontal and vertical staggered blanking method, and the probability of misalignment and overlapping of the blanks is extremely high, the joints are large, the force is uneven, the strength is not high, the cost is extremely high, and it is extremely easy to delaminate; [0006] 4. The surface of the formwork...
