The method comprises the following steps of: uploading thematic map data to a server data node in a ftp mode, and uploading a thematic map data route into an HDFS cluster by virtue of a system terminal; starting up a forest land thematic map projection and format conversion processing function on the server data node through the system terminal, and inputting the known ID (WKID) of a target projection; converting the forest land thematic map data on the server data node into unified projection coordinates under a MapReduce parallel processing frame, and outputting the forest land thematic map data in a known character-form WKT format; starting up a forest land thematic map cutting and rasterization function on the server data node through the system terminal, and inputting the number of layering grades; and under the MapReduce parallel processing frame, reading the number of layering grades, and cutting and rasterizing the forest land thematic map data into tiles.
