The input circuit is used for receiving a first clock signal and forward and reverse control signals, and outputting an input signal. The pull-down circuit is used for receiving the input signal and the first clock signal, outputting a pull-down signal, and pulling down or charging a pull-down control signal point. The control circuit is used for receiving the input signal and charging a pull-up control signal point, or receiving the pull-down signal and pulling down the pull-up control signal point.
