The first-stage air inlet, the first-stage exhaust hole, the second-stage air inlet, the third-stage air inlet, the fourth-stage air inlet and the fourth-stage exhaust hole each contain an air valve. The eight air valves are used for achieving corresponding one-way flow of gas. The flow distribution mechanism is further provided with a first communication hole, a second communication hole and a third communication hole.
