Abstract

The invention relates to an effluent total phosphorus detecting device based on an RBF neural network and a detecting method thereof. The device includes a control system in communication connection with a sewage treating tank through CAN or LIN field bus. The control system comprises a user information registration management module, a data real-time collection module, a memory module, a data processing module, an on-line learning and detecting module and an industrial control computer. According to total phosphorus correlation variable results, the data processing module performs soft-measuring model adjustment and analogue simulation calculation and correction by utilizing an off-line training module and a simulation module of a soft-measuring model to form a corrected effluent total phosphorus soft-measuring model. The industrial control computer performs on-line detection on effluent total phosphorus through calling the corrected effluent total phosphorus soft-measuring model, and displays detection values of correlation variables and the effluent total phosphorus in a curve manner in real time and dynamically. The device and the method have advantages of a reasonable design, simple and convenient operation, high visualization, reliable and stable performance, capability of wide popularization and application, and the like.
