Abstract

The output end of the industrial computer is connected with an electronic detonator registration code check meter which is used for writing data parameters that are generated by the industrial computer into a memory of an electronic delay ignition device in the electronic detonator. The input end of the industrial computer is connected with an electronic detonator finished product detector which checks the data parameter that is written into the memory of the electronic delay ignition device and performs feedback of a checking result to the industrial computer. The output end of the industrial computer is connected with a laser marking machine which is used for receiving a laser code that is transmitted from the industrial computer, printing the laser code on the housing of the electronic detonator and performing feedback of a printing result to the industrial computer. The output end of the industrial computer is connected with a barcode printer. The input end of the industrial computer is connected with a field sensor. The three-code binding system can realize real-time full-automatic three-code binding, three-code information storage, three-code information uploading and three-code information management on the electronic detonator. High binding efficiency is realized, and errors and omissions are automatically prevented in a whole process.
