The invention discloses a locomotive brake independent control device which comprises a first valve body, wherein the first valve body is connected with a second main air interface; the air inlet of the first valve body is connected with the second main air interface; the air outlet of the first valve body is connected with the bidirectional valve; the bidirectional valve comprises a first bidirectional valve air inlet which is connected with the air outlet of the first valve body, a second bidirectional valve air inlet which is connected with a brake cylinder control device, and a bidirectional valve air outlet which is connected with a relay valve; the control hole of the relay valve is connected with the bidirectional valve air outlet; the air inlet of the relay valve is connected with a first main air interface; the air outlet of the relay valve is connected with a mean tube; the exhaust hole of the relay valve is connected with the atmosphere; the first bidirectional valve air inlet is further connected with a second valve body; the air inlet of the second valve body is connected with the first bidirectional valve air inlet; the air outlet of the second valve body is connected with the atmosphere; and the first valve body and the second valve body are connected with a control unit for controlling air paths of the first valve and the second valve body to be opened and closed.
