According to the synchronous starting method, each power module in a plurality of power modules sends a conduction request signal to a synchronous starting bus, a synchronous starting module in each power module detects a running state of the synchronous starting bus, the synchronous starting module in each power module enables a power supply corresponding to the synchronous starting module to be conducted when the synchronous starting bus is changed to a second running state from a first running state, namely, the synchronous starting module detects the running state of the synchronous starting bus in real time, and the power supply corresponding to the synchronous starting module is conducted when the running state of the synchronous starting bus is detected to be correspondingly changed, so that synchronous starting of the plurality of power modules is achieved.
