The method comprises the steps of determining a first process of a target client and injecting a first hook program into the first process; intercepting communication information of at least one target interface through the first hook program, wherein the target interfaces include a communication interface of the target client and a server; determining an interactive state of the target client and the server according to the communication information; and when the interactive state is judged to be an exceptional state, executing exception processing on the target client.
