Culture method and application of low-temperature-resistant lactic acid bacterium
A culture method and a lactic acid bacteria technology, applied in the agricultural field, can solve the problems of few low temperature-resistant lactic acid bacteria and the lack of reports of low-temperature-resistant lactic acid bacteria for silage, and achieve the effects of protecting the ecological environment, reducing the pressure of grassland grazing, and solving the shortage of forage fodder.

The invention discloses a culture method and application of a low-temperature-resistant lactic acid bacterium. L2 is cultured in an MRS culture solution under the conditions that the inoculation rate is 3.1%, the initial pH value is 6.4, and the culture temperature is 18.4 DEG C. Low-temperature-resistant lactic acid bacteria are separated from local pickles and silage of Qinghai, and the low-temperature-resistant lactic acid bacterium with the excellent growth and reproduction capacity and acidogenic fermentation capacity is screened from the low-temperature-resistant lactic acid bacteria. Through culture optimization experiments, the optimum culture temperature, the initial pH condition and the optimum inoculation rate of the low-temperature-resistant lactic acid bacterium are determined, the optimum culture expanding conditions of the low-temperature-resistant lactic acid bacterium are found, and the theoretical basis is provided for culture expanding in the application process of the bacterium. The low-temperature-resistant lactic acid bacterium is added into silage with six different raw materials, the practical effect of the bacterium on silage modulation is evaluated through sensory evaluation, pH assessment, nutrient content detection and fermentation gas production experiments, and the culture method and application of the low-temperature-resistant lactic acid bacterium have practical significance in overcoming pasturing area composite feed shortage, reducing steppe pasture pressure and protecting the ecological environment.
Description
technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of agriculture, and in particular relates to a method for cultivating low-temperature resistant lactic acid bacteria and its application. Background technique [0002] Silage has the advantages of long storage time, high digestion and utilization rate, wide source of raw materials, small storage space, convenient preparation and little influence by environmental factors. It can provide high-quality feed for livestock supplementary feeding and ensure sufficient supply of feed throughout the year. Winter is the season with the largest shortage of forage forage for livestock. At this time, the silage for supplementary feeding is mostly prepared in autumn and winter. Qinghai Province, which is located on a plateau, has a low annual average temperature. During the silage preparation process of silage raw materials harvested in autumn and winter, the metabolism and reproduction of the few lactic acid bacteria carr...
