Abstract

Low-temperature-resistant lactic acid bacteria are separated from local pickles and silage of Qinghai, and the low-temperature-resistant lactic acid bacterium with the excellent growth and reproduction capacity and acidogenic fermentation capacity is screened from the low-temperature-resistant lactic acid bacteria. Through culture optimization experiments, the optimum culture temperature, the initial pH condition and the optimum inoculation rate of the low-temperature-resistant lactic acid bacterium are determined, the optimum culture expanding conditions of the low-temperature-resistant lactic acid bacterium are found, and the theoretical basis is provided for culture expanding in the application process of the bacterium. The low-temperature-resistant lactic acid bacterium is added into silage with six different raw materials, the practical effect of the bacterium on silage modulation is evaluated through sensory evaluation, pH assessment, nutrient content detection and fermentation gas production experiments, and the culture method and application of the low-temperature-resistant lactic acid bacterium have practical significance in overcoming pasturing area composite feed shortage, reducing steppe pasture pressure and protecting the ecological environment.
