The material comprises a packaging film and an adsorbent arranged in the packaging film, wherein the packaging film adopts a three-layer structure; the outer layer of the packaging film is LLDPE, the middle layer of the packaging film is PA610, and the inner layer of the packaging film is a mixture of LLDPE and potassium permanganate; and the adsorbent is prepared from the following raw materials: secondary reduction iron powder, zeolite, salt water and ferric chloride. The packaging film adopting the three-layer structure can effectively isolate oxygen from water vapor, has high ductility, tear resistance and wear resistance, and effectively reduce the risk of damage in storage and transport processes; and through combined use of ferric chloride and secondary reduction iron in the adsorbent, oxygen in a packaging space can be effectively removed to achieve the mould-proof and anti-bacterial effects. The material is suitable for packaging storage of traditional Chinese medicinal materials, fresh foods or vegetables and fruits.
