According to the method, through subdividing the combination and control stages and the combination pressure and flow rate of the synchronizer, on the premise of guaranteeing the demand of a driver, the noise of the synchronizer is effectively decreased; the wear of hardware for the synchronizer is avoided; and the gear shifting quality is improved.
