Abstract

The invention discloses an intelligent searching method and system based on cloud storage management. The intelligent searching method is applied to a cloud storage system. The cloud storage system comprises a video cloud storage management node and a plurality of video cloud storage nodes, and each video cloud storage node is provided with an intelligent analysis module. The intelligent searching method comprises receiving a search condition of a target video from a user; determining the data block information of at least one data block correlated to the target video in dependence on the search condition; sending an intelligent searching task to the video cloud storage node where the data block exists in dependence on the data block information; analyzing stored intelligent data in dependence on the searching task, and obtaining time period information of the target video; and returning the time period information of the target video to the user. The intelligent searching method and system based on cloud storage management support concurrent query, the loads can be balanced, and the searching efficiency is greatly improved; the intelligent analysis modules are integrated in the cloud storage nodes, the querying flow is simplified, and the storage architecture and the strong hardware resource of cloud storage are fully utilized at the same time.
