Problems solved by technology

[0003] With the increase of facility planting area, a large amount of straw and other wastes produced in the production process of solanaceous vegetables cannot be effectively utilized. Important agricultural non-point source pollution pollutes the environment and creates a fire hazard
[0004] At present, there are many research reports on the utilization of vegetable waste, mainly focusing on biogas fermentation and the use of biogas slurry to produce foliar fertilizer, field compost, and feed utilization. However, solanaceous vegetable waste is mainly composed of rhizomes and leaves. The lignin content of its rhizomes is relatively high, so it cannot be effectively used as fertilizer and feed

Abstract

The invention relates to a process of producing an organic fertilizer and machine-made charcoal by utilizing eggplant fruit type vegetable waste. The process includes (1) a step of drying the eggplant fruit type vegetable waste in the sun or air drying the waste until the water content is not more than 20%, and performing mechanical roller compaction during drying to separate straw from leaves and root soil, with the straw comprising roots and stems and having a lignin content of not less than 30%, and the lignin contents of the leaves and root soil being not more than 30%; (2) a step of preparing the machine-made charcoal, namely a step including 1) crushing the straw comprising the roots and the stems and having a lignin content of not less than 30% and preparing the straw into straw powder, 2) fully mixing the straw powder and sawdust to prepare a raw material of the machine-made charcoal, 3) drying the raw material of the machine-made charcoal to obtain the dried raw material of the machine-made charcoal, 4) preparing the dried raw material into a semi-finished product, and 5) charring the semi-finished product and naturally cooling the product to obtain the machine-made charcoal; and (3) a step of preparing the organic fertilizer, namely a step including i) fully mixing the leaves and root soil having the lignin content of not more than 30% and livestock manure to obtain a main material, and ii) inoculating an efficient decomposing inocula into the main material and performing compost fermentation to obtain the organic fertilizer. The process is simple, rapid and low in cost.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of comprehensive utilization of agricultural waste resources, in particular to a process for producing organic fertilizer and mechanism charcoal from solanaceous vegetable waste. Background technique [0002] Solanaceous vegetables refer to the fruit and vegetable crops in the Solanaceae plants, including tomatoes, eggplants and peppers, etc., and are one of the most important fruit and vegetables in my country. It is rich in essential vitamins, organic acids, proteins, minerals and carbohydrates and other nutrients. In addition to being eaten fresh, it can be processed into tomato products, chili sauce, dried eggplant, etc. for domestic and foreign sales, with high economic benefits. Solanaceous vegetables have a long growth and supply period, high yield, and continuous expansion of cultivation area. Vegetable cultivation in facilities such as plastic greenhouses and solar greenhouses provides a large number of off-s...
