Abstract

A photosensitive resin composition, a manufacturing method thereof, a light-shielding film, a manufacturing method of the light-shielding film, a liquid crystal display and a manufacturing method of the liquid crystal display are provided. Light shielding performance and insulativity are maintained, elastic modulus, deformation, elasticity recovery rates, and other spacer characteristics are excellent, and fine and good spacer shapes can be obtained. The composition includes following components: (A) alkali-soluble resin containing polymeric unsaturated groups, that is a carbamate compound obtained by reacting a polyol compound containing ethylene unsaturated bonds (a), a diol containing carboxyl (b) and a diisocyanate compound (c), (B) a photopolymerizable monomer comprising at least one ethylene unsaturated bond, (C) a photopolymerization initiator, (D) more than one light shielding components selected from black organic pigment, mixed-color organic pigment and light shielding materials, and (E) a solvent.
