The part comprises a mounting seat and a supporting frame; the mounting seat comprises a mounting plate provided with a large round hole and a mounting cylinder fixed on one side of the mounting plate; and a thread hole for mounting a fastening screw is formed on the side wall of the mounting cylinder in the radial direction. The supporting frame comprises a mounting shaft and a bent plate fixed at one end of the mounting shaft; and the mounting shaft penetrates through the mounting cylinder and the large round hole in the mounting plate and is fixed on the mounting seat with the help of the fastening screw. A first roller shaft and a second roller shaft are fixed on the bent plate and penetrate through a first roller and a second roller correspondingly.
