According to the on-line purification method, a three-addition-stage mode is adopted in the Fischer-Tropsch synthesis process, thereby implementing purification on the Fischer-Tropsch synthesis product and wastewater. The added organic pH regulator can lower the acidity in the product fuel, thereby creating the optimum reaction environment for the reagent addition at the second addition point, and regulating the pH value of the wastewater to the neutral or weakly-acidic condition which is suitable for the purifying aid; the added purifying aid can remove more than 90% of oil, phenols, amines, esters and other organic matters in the Fischer-Tropsch wastewater, thereby reducing the reagent addition quantity in the third stage, enhancing the oxidization efficiency, and creating the environment for cost saving; and the potassium permanganate complex agent added in the third stage can oxidize unreacted organic substances contained in the reagents added in the first and second stages, thereby avoiding the influence of organic matters in the reagents on the wastewater treatment.
